Having trouble running power wire for amplifier?

I have a 1992 Honda prelude Si and I am having trouble finding a location on the firewall to run my power wire through to my battery from my amplifier. Where is the best location and how to I access it?

Is there an app to lock email and browser clients after specific idle period & reopen on pword? I use Vista?

I wish to make my computer time more effective, and stop being a slave to my email. I figure that making it reasonable hard to use (ie. an idle lockout with a difficult pword) will deter all but serious use of the internet. Is there any such app? Thanks!
