Which dog is the best for really hot contries?

um yeah I had a dog and it died (today)...Im so depressed..I don't know what to do that can keep me away from reminding myself the fact that my dog is dead..the reason is well kind of blury..the doctor said it was bronchitis but I think there was more to it I think it was allergies too. it was a pikigese and it was totally not the type of dog for hot country when I say hot countries I mean by saying such as Dubai or Oman or Egypt. and you know how hot these countries are so I was wondering if you could reccomend any dog for really really hot countries
