Ok i need help? i need an example and instructions how to do pedigress and punit squares also?

whats the difference betteween phenotype and genotype. I tried asking my teacher but she explains the same thing over and over again she thinks we will get it the seconed time around after the 5 times she said the same thing anyway even if you just tell me how to figure them out i would rly appreaciate it thanks =]
