What happened? Does this sound like a miscarriage....?

I got a BFP on 13 dpo! It was REALLY faint but visable, then another BFP on 15dpo a little darker but still faint....I took another test this morning 16 dpo & it was negative. Now I have started bleeding bright red & cramping like my period.
