Should my Electric BUG ZAPPER do this?

You should put your zapper, AWAY from where you are opening doors, windows etc. They do attract bugs and zap them, but you don't want it too close to your house, to draw in the bugs, and where you may want to sit outside. Don't ever put it on the porch unless you want to draw in all of the neighbor's bugs too.
