Does my SAT score matter that much?

I just took my SAT test and ended up getting my scores back. I got a 500 on reading, 580 in math, and 530 in writing. I was sick while I took the test, but don't know what I'm truly capable of. If I would like to get into either the University of Madison Wisconsin or the University of Seattle Washington, would my extra curricular activities (getting my CNA, job shadowing, a college research project working with microscopes, and a program called badger girls) and my grades (AP cles and straight A's, 3.9 GPA) be enough to get me in? How much do these schools use SAT and ACT to determine acceptance?
