Anybody know a good crock pot recipe with a tangy flavor?

i want to slow cook something. i want to use beef and i want a tomato base. i want to use carrots, potatos, onions,rice etc. but i want it to have like a tangy flavor. we made some kind of stew in my cl that had one and it was too die for. anybody know of one with like vinegar, lemon, or maybe red wine? somethin of that flavor. thanks
