Do you think that describing Obama as biracial would have a bigger/better impact on U.S. race relations?

Here are some other questions and thoughts... Why does someone with a white parent and black parent identify more with one race or the other? Also, wouldn't the whole problem benefit from not calling attention to our differences anyways? It seems that if the differences, be it race, monetary, gender, etc. will only continue the problems. Lastly, if you agree that he is biracial then is this lessening the impact when an African American is elected? Let me know what you think.
