I think it's a great experience for you. It really brings out the inner-side of you and inner-side of her. I think you should invite her to a fun activity instead of dinner all of the time. This will then bring another side of her to the table. If she keeps accepting your request for dates, then it will go as you please, it just takes time. But don't keep asking her over and over let her come in and ask about you and her. You should ask her how do she feel about her liking you. Calling her when she's not studying or working. You should get a hold of her schedule then you can make your decision on calling her. And you will just know if she likes you romantically by her gestures.
