How often would you use bold and italics on Y!A...?

I have no idea. I don't care if there's formatting. Guaranteed, it would be abused if it were allowed. Questions and answers would be a mess with people taking liberties and being colorful and creative, instead of focusing on giving good answers. What level someone is on has nothing to do with whether someone uses good grammar. Grammar and spelling don't improve with levels.
