How should i reduce weight without doing exercise?

i eat milk n corn flecks in the morning, drink a cup of tea n milk 2 times a day n eat 1 chapatti n sabji for lunch, an apple @ 7pm and 1 gl of milk with bournvita @ 9pm. will this kind of diet help me reduce weight? i m 25 yrs old n weigh 64 kgs. plz suggest!!!!!!!!
