I was speeding and I have to go to court, please help.?

I am 16, i live in florida. And here is the story. I was going over the bridge, it was 45, and the cop said I was going 80. (Please don't leave comments saying things that like "you're screwed") and I was going up the bridge, I knew I was speeding, but I didn't really know I was going that fast because there were no cars around me, and then I look at the speedometer, and it was around 70. and at the top of the bridge I just let the car go down by itself, and I start to break going down the bridge, and a state trooper is behind me. I tell him i am so sorry, that i understand i did wrong and I have never gotten in trouble before. He said he should take me to jail, and he ended up saying I have to go to court. I thankedhim. but now I don't know what to say to the judge, and make my case look better. I can't really afford an attorney. And i understand it was my fault, Im justnot a bad kid and it was a stupid little mistake, i just wanted to go play soccer with my friends and the speeding lasted for no more than 30 seconds. Please give me your stories, or anything useful.
