Ninja 250R or Ninja 650R?

I'm a male beginner biker over the age of 18. 'Beginner' is key word-- means buy used, expendable if neccecary model and survive a year in traffic. Odds are the cycle will be dropped at lights, be knocked over when parked, or somebody will rear end it, maybe turn left in front of it and frontend will be bent. A used model will not be as expensive a lesson. Consider new cycle the next year and 5000 to 10,000 miles of use- resale value of a 6 year old with many dings not much less than a 5 year old model with some dings. maybe keep old one for rat bike run around while new one gets garage .
