OK, I have friends who tout the health benefits of soy milk, and I was wondering just how bad it is (sometimes, my friends are shady and not to be trusted....). I am trying to do the healthy thing, and I am also thinking about adding tofu to my diet "sometimes", but there is no way I am giving up meat. So I thought this was a good step. Are there a lot of benefits to switching, does it taste the same/better, and can I still put Hershey's chocolate syrup in it? Thanks in advance!!!
